3rd: Avoid Nuclear Power.
What if the Coliseum in Rome was built as a nuclear power station?
4th: Make the silent Bicycles audible.
5th: Empty Collapsible Tubes clean to the end.
NOTA BENE: It is hopeless. (But in this I might be wrong.)
